FREE-VALVE normally close pneumatic fluorine lined diaphragm valve is composed of single-acting pneumatic actuator and diaphragm valve, which uses pneumatic actuator to drive the opening and closing of the diaphragm valve, and the valve is kept in normally close state in the case of no air source or no signal, and the valve is in a opened state after the cylinder is ventilated, so as to act as an opening and closing mechanism to control the flow of medium. The valve body cavity can be selected according to the working conditions of different lining materials, so the valve is suitable for high viscous fluid, suspended particles, toxic media and corrosive media working conditions.
- The diaphragm of using FEP/FPA/PTFE and rubber composite, suitable for variety of corrosive media.Diaphragm replaceable, low maintenance costs.
- No stuffing box on valve bonnet,No direct contact between metal parts and medium slurry.
- Smooth flow channel and small flow resistance, larger flow rate can be obtained and the pressure drop is small,weaken abrasion and prolong the service working life.
- The valve is opened when the air source is connected, and the valve is closed when the air source is disconnected.According to the needs of the system process, the valve ensures that the pipeline is closed in the case of air source and signal outage emergency.
- The actuator can be equipped with a handwheel, and when the air source fails, the handwheel can be operated to open or close the valve.
- The sealing parts are elastic rubber diaphragms. It has better sealing and minimum closing force.
- The lining material is optional, which can be applied to a variety of media ,the valve has good corrosion resistance.
