FREE-VALVE  Pneumatic Single Acting Wafer Type V Notch Segment Control Ball Valve is quarter-turn trunnion-mounted control valve mainly recommended for control the flow of fluid in the pipeline system.Segmented ball inside the valve is not a complete sphere,but rather a contoured v-notch segment in the ball. The v-ball provides strong shear force to cut off the medium that is kind of consistently sticky or containing particles,and process an inherent equal percentage flow characteristic,this design allows for the valve to have a high capacity, tight sealing, non-clogging,control and shutoff capability.

 

Features

1. One piece body increases rigidity , reduces leakage paths and eliminates possible leak paths ensuring reliable valve operation.
2. Approximate equal percentage flow regulation characteristics and works at small opening.
3. High-performance coating technology is applied to the internal surfaces of the valve ball to ensure long life and corrosion resistance.
4. The valve with top and bottom bearings sleeve reduces operational torque.
5. Cutting action between the v-ball and the seats enabling the fluid to pass smoothly without obstructions.
6. Interchangeable soft seats and metal seats to meet various condition applications.Easy to remove cap design simplifies and seat can be changed for repairing kits.
7. Splined stem connection with segment ball is provided efficient torque transmission and precise control.
8. Flanged segment ball valves are available in metal seats for the abrasive services with STL overlays.
