FREE-VALVE pneumatic 2PC Body Wafer Type Ceramic Knife Gate Valves are designed as 2PC structure.Valve seat is made by anti abrasive engineer ceramic .To avoid touching between medium and metal material from valve body,valve inner body is lined by PTFE. So this can ensure the purity of the medium without any metal touching with medium and the valves are widely installed at Lithium battery powder processing application .

Features:
1) Valve body is made as 2PC structure .wafer connection type ,short face to face dimension ,easy to install,small space occupation.
2) Double packing sealing structure is design. There is purge between first and second packing ,so it is easy to clear the leaking medium caused by failure of first packing .
3) The material of valve seat is engineering ceramic ,and valve disc is engineering plastic ,The valve body cavity is lined with PTFE sheet with inherent lubrication .In this way, when the medium flows through the valve, the metal part of the valve cavity is avoided to contact the powder medium and mix the medium, so as to ensure the purity of the medium.
4) Wear-resistant engineering ceramics are used to make the valve seat, with good erosion resistance and wear resistance. Valve disc PEEK has good wear resistance and self-lubricating property.
